Refund policy

OVERVIEW

At AK13 TRADERS LTD, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities when you return a product.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


RETURNS

  • Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (where applicable).

  • Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:

    • Perishable goods (e.g. food, beverages, health supplements)

    • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g. cosmetics, skincare, opened toiletries)

    • Gift cards and downloadable software products

  • Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

    3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, send us an email at info@ak13traders.co.uk before returning the product.


SHIPPING RETURNS

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
