PROCESSING TIMES

  • All orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, seasonal sales, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Standard delivery within the UK: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions.

COURIER

  • All orders are delivered via Royal Mail.

  • The delivery service (tracked or untracked) may vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

ORDER TRACKING

  • If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

  • Smaller items may be sent using untracked Royal Mail services.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We currently deliver within the UK only.

  • International delivery is not available at this time.

  • Certain products (e.g. aerosols, liquids, flammable items, pressurised containers) may be subject to delivery restrictions in line with UK laws and Royal Mail regulations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITY

  • We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

  • Once your order is handed to Royal Mail, title and risk pass to you.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@ak13traders.co.uk with your order number.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
